How to claim your shop's profile on Herrikonekt
If your business already appears in the app, you can take charge of its profile in just a few steps.
Many shops already appear on Herrikonekt even though their owners do not know it yet. Claiming the profile lets you manage it yourself.
Search for your business in the app, open its profile and tap «Claim this shop». We will ask you for a document that proves ownership: a photo of your ID card or tax number, your self-employment registration or an invoice, for example.
We review the request and let you know with an in-app notification and by email. Once approved, you can edit the details, opening hours, features and photo of your shop.
Is your business missing? You can register it from the app itself and we will add it as soon as possible.
